THE PROJECT:

I developed a social media strategy framework for Abogado.com, Thomson Reuters’ Spanish-language legal platform, to authentically connect with Hispanic/Latino communities. Through bilingual content, culturally relevant creative, and platform-specific execution, the framework elevated brand trust, increased engagement, and aligned the platform’s storytelling to the needs of Spanish-speaking users.

Effective multilingual social media isn’t just translated, it’s culturally designed, community-driven, and intentionally built.
